Having a Spectre isn't necessarily a GOOD thing, in fact most times it's considered a very frightful, terrible thing. They are only brought down when the District status has been RED or YELLOW for too long; if too many Units have gone rogue or has shown malcompliance; Officers are fraternizing with Citizens too often; structural integrity of both the Nexus and the MPF has weakened. They will dispense swift and righteous justice, with the lift of a hand, or even a gun. - They are able to, with out hesitation, execute any Unit on the spot for any malcompliance within a Spectre's presence. They have every right to do whatever it is they will, as long as it is for the betterment of the Union and the MPF. Best thing to do when these Units come along? Get out of there way; do not speak back when spoken to; ask permission to speak; keep radio chatter to a minimal unless necessary; be on your best behavior and keep it clean. Spectre aren't meant to be humane, decent folk who are able to fraternize with other Units or even Citizens. They are here on behalf of a much higher power, on behalf of the Sector Commander, to ensure a smooth, stable, uncompromised and healthy working environment for the MPF and Citizens. And they will do whatever it takes to scrub the dirt out from the Union. - More so, they have been subjected to much brain-washing, augmentation, to where they are pretty much Overwatch Units.
