That being said, a unit should always remain vigilant and attentive to his or her surroundings. They should keep their loyalty and service paramount unless they are a future rogue. (If that is allowed)  [b]What does a Civil Protection unit do?: They act as the Combine police force in the dense, occupied cities, and handle small rebellion that occur inside. They are not a full fledged military branch, as said before, they act a policing role. The military end of things should almost always be kept with the Overwatch Transhuman arm, not the Civil Protection. Thus the name Metropolitan Police Force (MPF).[/b] [b]Character Backstory (At least three paragraphs, be detailed!): Aaron Carter, born in the United States of America. He was born in the state of Ohio 26 years before the seven hour war. His mother worked at a Veteran's support place. His father served in the United States Navy, E-5. Aaron intended to either join one of three, Ohio State Police, United States Military Police or United States Army, but he never did, for some reason his father talked him out of all three. His father said that "war is a thing I don't want the rest of my family involved in." That war would come 5 years later, and the combine occupied earth ever since, it would be rumored he'd hate the combine for the killing/transformation of his father, but he never had proof, and the combine seemed really solid and strong to him ever since the war. Aaron moved from place to place with his mother for another 2 years, until they finally settled down in City 18, they stopped moving them, he lost track of his mother, one day, she went out, didn't come back. If you choose this please say so below): One day, Aaron was out, looking to buy his needed goods from the CWU, rations weren't doing it. On his way there, he saw Lambda rebels moving out above, he took alarm at this, but kept going, trying to avoid trouble. As he left the CWU kiosk to return to his apartment, he heard gunshots distantly and the Citadel was transforming, the alarms blared and he heard the distant JW dispatch statement. He went back inside quickly and went back into his apartment, set his stuff away and prepared for CPs to raid the apartments.[/b] To his suprise, Rebels shot down his door and ran in, they took cover, kicked over his tables and so on for cover as he heard distant movement, Combine boots. One of the rebels held him at gunpoint, shouting at him "Don't fucking move, don't do nothing!" At that moment, CPs stacked on the door, a commanding uniy, or so he thought threw a flashbang in, he was blinded, rolling over and groaning, as were the rest of the rebels, who were disarmed and beat down, then detained by the Civil Protection. He was saved by the CPs instead of oppressed by them, to his surprise, this increased his faith in the Combine. What do you do?[/u] I'd raise my voice above his and tell him to get to the wall, aswell as me forcing him. I'd order him to apply and re-educate him and resume patrol. I'd radio in the situation aswell, allowing a unit to come before re-education. [u]Two citizens are engaged in a scuffle outside the apartments, between blocks A and B. A crowd has formed around the two citizens, causing something of an uproar. What do you do?[/u] I'd radio it in and wait nearby for backup, once we have at least 4 units assembled, i'd lead them in to spread the crowd and detain the two fighting. [u]You are cut off from your patrol partner. He claims that he is pursuing a citizen with a weapon over the radio. There are no other units online to assist. What do you do?[/u] I would attempt to assist him by asking for his 10-20 over radio, if he is able to, and/or does tell me, I would go to help him. If not, i'd return to plaza and hold there. [u]During a regular sector sweep, a citizen persists on being as loud and disruptive as possible. What do you do?[/u] If he's been warned/re-educated once already for it, I would take him in for a Level 2 violation. (Repeating a Level 1 after prosecution.)
